"Your Webmaster" and
our Award!
Welcome to our award winning site! I will tell you
a little bit about the history and idea behind
CanadianBullshit.com. You might notice that nearly all the pages
have a heavy dose of humor in them. There are a couple like the
Afghanistan or Poverty pages that do not because the topics are just too serious
but I try my best to keep the rest amusing as most of life is. And where
a problem is uncovered we try our best to come up with some workable if
usually unconventional solutions.
Links are included to other sources of information and
opinions too. When we tread in an area where there are lots of
competing opinions we try and include an on-line poll so that you can
express your opinion and also get a sense of what other readers feel. Sometimes they agree and
sometimes not!
I am not aligned with any religious, political or
special interest group. I am just a normal retired person. (possibly
"normal" is
not entirely accurate). Also to be honest I just wanted to have some
fun. You can do things on the internet that the traditional media can't.
So off I went to poke the sharp stick of humor into some very sensitive
spots. And as you can see poke I did!
Starting with one topic, the site grew to over 100
all
free- and is
now the largest of its type in the world. We have no Editors, no Advertisers,
no special interest groups, no political spin doctors to satisfy so what
you get is the unvarnished truth. We have many thousands of visitors
from all over the world and we provide you with free information that saves you
time, money and a lot of grief. I have the greatest respect for our
media correspondents and the challenges they work under but they operate
in a professional environment with a lot more constraints and higher
standards than we do. We are amateurs and wish to stay that way!
The website has grown to the point where more resources
are required. I didn't mind paying for everything at first but then I
decided the site should be self financing so that if anything should
happen to me it might continue to sail on into the future. So I added
some links to eBay and some Google links with the idea of generating
some ad revenue from the many thousands of visitors to the site. In 2009
we are offering advertising too. But the
site itself will be continued to be offered on a free basis.

Secondly
The book YOUR VERY FIRST BILLION
published in 2008 is now available. We published it via a related
company and its excellent! Like our website, you get the straight goods in a refreshing and humorous,
easy reading style. 
Its a hefty little book of 420 pages (not one of those skinny efforts
with nothing in it) in a user friendly paperback format
written by the Corporate Secretary Miss M. M. Farsea born in Corner
Brook Nfld. who knows of
these things. Its just the right size to carry with you on the plane or
train or bus or to and from work or wherever. It will keep you chuckling as you learn things you are not
supposed to know about how to operate a profitable business in Canada
(or anywhere else).

your ideas. Join the team! Its a lot of fun and you will be helping
to save money and time and pitching in to save
the planet too! Just don't take yourself too seriously and remember -this
is all about bullshit.
